anxiety attack after sex ?

I have this problem, it can happen anytime but now it seems to happen after sex all the time, I will get a lump in throat,my tongue feels numb or feels like a 9 volt battier is on it, and i get really tired, and my front teeth will hurt...the doctor said she didn't know what it was, and had me get a MRI and cat scan, wear a heart monitor, echo cardiogram, and see a MS doctor, all test came bk normal, so what could this be...thank you
