I am 20 years old, male.. and until 4 months ago, generally healthy.
4 months ago I was diagnosed with high hypertension, and a high heart rate, as well as a high hemoglobin. I have been seeing 4 Doctors: and Internal Meds dr, a cardiologist, a kidney dr, and a blood specialist. My Hemoglobin has gone down to the normal range, while my high blood pressure, and heart rate have not. I have had all normal blood results, normal CT scans of the brain, and abdomen, normal chest X-rays, normal echo cardiogram, normal ultrasound of the kidneys, and numerous normal EKG's.
The past 3 months I have felt dizzy non stop, and like I'm going to pass out at any moment. I feel sick to my stomach, and weak. I fatigue after about 5-10 mins on my feet, and my legs get shaky. I feel hot all over, and my muscles ache and hurt. I also have headaches and chest pain, I often feel short of breath. I rarely get out of bed, and never leave my house anymore. Can this really be severe anxiety, like my Dr's say?
