Hello all, well have now been to the doctors on at least 5 occasions,to get to the bottom of my problem.
Two and a half yrs ago i ended up on Depressions meds (citalopram 20mg)for various reasons and they worked well, then came off them,by myself cold turkey, after a month off felt weird angry, but soldiered on,after 6 mnths off started to get itching ,went to the docs and they said, use an Aqueous cream and emolient, didnt do anything. After a couple of weeks my mind started to wander and race and got myself all worked up,i then started to get these strange burning sensations on my arms upper legs lower belly across chest and slightly on my face, now that was only every now and again, but decided to go to docs, gave me a thorough check over urine,5 blood tests, all fine,he said ur suffering from stress, told me to take a week off work.So went back to work after a week, still burning on and off, then one day the burning seemed to be all the time,i also noticed that if i went outside the sun would hurt my skin, also having a warm bath felt a lot hotter and cold water colder, now i went back to docs she said it was probably a side effect of depression tabs,5 days later went back again, another doctor said that i am suffering from anxiety and gave me a doctors cert for 10 days off work some Zopiclone 3.75mg (Sleeping tabs) and some Cetrizine Dihydrochloride 10 mg he said would dampen down the burning,it has slightly,i can deal with the depression, but i feel the anxiety has been brought on by the fact that i dont really know why my skin is like this or doesnt seem to be getting any better. Please help!
