Q: Anxiety and Natural Caffeine

Hi everyone, I suffer from anxiety disorder and was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this question. I know that caffeine in sodas and coffee should be avoid since they can cause anxiety to spike. But what about natural caffeine, like in Vitamin Water. I'm going back to school and going to be working part time and I'm worried about getting tired and needing an energy boast. Could it be safe to drink what is billed as natural caffeine, or is the same stuff in soda with a nicer looking name, Thanks.
