i'm 14 and i've had anxiety for 3 years, to start with i wouldn't leave the house, for the worry of feeling dizzy or fainting, its taken me 2 or 3 years to realise that its not going to happen! how many times have you just randomly felt dizzy and fainted, for me, it was none! i have an anxiety of hospitals/illnesses and that. at one point i couldn't leave the village, without having a panic attack, now i can go on small holidays a couple of hours away!

dont you worry it'll get better. Its all a vicous circle, you feel anxious about being dizzy, so you breathe quicker, which makes you dizzy, then you think oh no im going to faint, so you feel even more dizzy, nothing will happen and just remember that if you feel panicky, it will subside, just takes a while (: good luck, and going to a therapist might help, helped me ALOT.
