Anxiety and panic attacks can affect your digestive tract by causing various digestive symptoms including diarrhea. That is called irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). But before blaming anxiety and IBS for your diarrhea, some other conditions should be excluded first. Intestinal infection can be checked first so you may need to do microbiological examination of the stool (copro culture).

Does your vitamin have iron in it? This can cause stool to turn dark green in some people.

i ve been feeling really great! lately! my anxiety and panic symptoms are nearly gone! but my stool issue is still there! i don't feel bad in the stomach though! but i did when my panic symptoms where hard to control back like 3-5 months ago,i had really weird stomach pain sharp!!! too but now its completely gone! my stools have gotten better but not back to normal! i do take pills there for women,i don't have them right now so i don't know if there high in iron! but they have been helping with my withdrawals from ADIVAN

Loestrin Fe can cause clay-colored stools (because of the iron) but not diarrhea.
Adivan can't cause diarrhea too.
If diarrhea continues you should do copro-culture to exclude intestinal infection.

Can you stop looking into your stools every time you have bowel movement?

That's odd
I keep tabs on my stools all the time. I have had IBS since childhood, then went into colitis and now headed for Chrones desease. I report any sugnificant changes to my doctor. I don't think I have OCB at all. I just keep want to make sure my diet is correct for Colitis, because now everything is starting to run right through me. I also have two diverticuli at the end of the decending colon.

Does that make sense?
