I started taking wellbutrin (generic) and felt awesome. Now, a few weeks later, I feel back to my old self. I am lethargic, unable to focus, and having anxiety.

The one main difference is that I started my period and I started taking a multivitamin with extra iron.

Does anyone know if that will impact my medicine?

Do multivitamins affect antidepressants
I have the SAME problem!
It seams to me that the period does have an impact on an antidepressant because that happened to me before. I did great on an antidepressant, I got my period and I was back to my old tired and achy self. Wellbutrin worked the best for me but after every period it got worse. Then I started to take multivitamins with iron and i feel worse then ever, although I am now on 450mg wellbutrin. (after every period we umped it up...) what now?
Who knows an answer?
