Q: antidepressant do permanent damage ?

I had always had pretty powerful orgasms and ejaculations before.
I then started eating a well known antidepressant. This medication was known to possibly give ejaculation problems. And it did. While taking it the siemen would just drop out of the penis instead of shoot out.
The problem is that it has continued that way. I still get these weak ejaculations.
Could the drug have given me some kind of permanent damage or is that even possible?

(please don't just advice me to see a doctor)

Yes when I was on an SSRI my ejaculate did not shoot out of the penis anymore. But I got PSSD because of taking the SSRI. Most people who take anti-depressants do not get PSSD and therefore go back to normal sexual functioning after quitting the anti-depressant.

Never stop taking an SSRI anti-depressant drug suddenly. Also, taper off slowly and gradually over a period of many months under the supervision of a doctor.
