My doctor prescribed me to take Ciprobay and Metrolag for my vaginal infection. But I suddenly got my period and I don't know if I should continue with taking the medication. It's only my third day and I need to take it for 5 days.Should I stop or it's okay? I can't seem to get in touch with my doctor immediately to ask about this so I just want to check out your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

You should continue taking the medicine. If you don't take all of it or take it with a break in between it won't be as effective and may not clear up the infection.
You are taking the drug orally/ by mouth, aren't you?
