Hello,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. The possibility of the antibiotics causing the missed periods is minimal. The urine for pregnancy test usually comes out as positive around 1 week after missed periods and a better and more sensitive test is a serum pregnancy (beta HCG) test. Chlamydia is known to cause infertility but it’s difficult to comment that for how long and how many times the infection should occur to cause the same.

It can happen after a single infection also. It usually occurs when the infection rises up to the fallopian tubes and causes the tubes to be blocked at the ends leading to something called hydrosalpinx. It can also make the fallopian tube difficult to pick up the egg from the ovaries. The chances of an ectopic pregnancy can also be significantly increased. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
