Q: Low back pain

Have had both Lumbar myelogram and CT Lumbar spine myelography. Examination of L5-S1 shows a par defect on the right side without significant anterior listhesis. The central canal is widely patent. There is a disc/osteophyte complex with disc space collapse and vacuum disc phenomenon with foraminal spurring much more on the right. What does all this mean ?
