I am very allergic to any kind of insect bite. I have about 30 bites on my feet, and no epi pen.

What can i do?

well if it is really bad, tye it off tyte from the body so the venom/poison from the insect doesent go to the brain or the heart causing stroke or heart attack, then ring an ambulance emediatly, dont run just walk to nearest road, house or shop and await the ambulance, leave the leg or whever you are bittin hanging down to slow down the surculation, and then hope for the best!!
