alright, for like 2 months i have not been eating much and i lost like 10 pounds (about) and so my mom and dad literally forse me to eat (im 14 btw) and i cant move until i finish all the food the forse me to eat because they say im too skinny. back thin i was fine, butnow i think i am becoming anorexic, i mean all i see is fat when i look in he mirror (i am a girl, ) like my waist is fat and my hips are fat and although my waist number is samll it is made up of all fat. im onkly eating about 600-700 calories a day now and i cant stand to look t myself, all i think about is my weight, i dont even think about my bf anymore and i hate it when his arm is around me cause i feel fat. i dont know what to do cause my parents are eventually gonna forse me to eat again and it will make it worse. what should i do?

**plus i am a model and it seems like everyone is soooo small and im a size 3 and they are all size 00's.

I really don't think 2 months is much time for an serious eating disorder to start. It seems like you're just standing on the edges of a full blow eating disorder to start.

Now trust me, you really don't want to have to struggle with food all your life. It's not fun.

To be honest I don't really care how much you weight. No doctor who knows about eating disorder base their client's struggles on how much they weight. The numbers, weight loss/gain, and the obsession is cause by an underline issues, and emotions.

What is it that you're feeling when you starve yourself, or
count calories.

Saying you're feeling fat is doesn't tell the person how you're truly feeling. The word fat describes a look. How can you feel fat, it doesn't make sense.

i dont think you have an eating disorder yet. but you need to be careful. find something healthy and guilt free and eat it. like rice & beans or veggies. just eat a big plateful. i promise veggies and fruits wont make you fat. you can always eat as much as those as you want and never get fat unless its something like avocado or coconut (but those are only 2 out of a million). as long as your parents see you are eating a lot of healthy foods (and not throwing them up or anything), they will be happy. and you will be happy too bc they will fill you up w/out packing on pounds or gaining anything at all. i eat rice veggies and fruit every single day and i am a 00 so i kno they wont make you fat and then you will feel good about yourself bc you will kno you are eating foods that r good for u and they will make u feel better inside and out and you will gain confidence and no longer think fat Smile

I am afraid I think you very much have an eating disorder. 2 months, far from being not enough time, is plenty enough time to do your body irreversible damage. I an thankfully back from the brink. I felt fat and tried to cut down on what I ate - it spiralled into a 7 year illness which almost killed me, culminating in a horrible period of hospitalisation. Please, please get help now before it's too late. xxxx
