Hi im a 13 year old girl in the recovery of anorexia. I weigh 42 kg at the height of 157cm and i have been told i need to get to get to 50kg. So this is my mealplan and i want your opinions on weather i should change or add anything. Thanks.
This is on a school day so no cooking through the day plz.

Breakfast: uncle tobys oats (quick sachets) made with water
milkshake ( 1/2 cup milk with 1/2 a banana)
2 slices of multigrain toast with meadow lee and whipped peanut butter

snack: apple
juice popper
apple fruit bar

lunch: tiny teddies
Sandwich with meadowlee and ham
Be natural berry trail bar

snack: milkshake (same as breakfast)
ski delite yoghurt tub
2 sticks kit kat
special k desert bar

dinner: meat with 1 boiled potato and veggies or pasta or chicken or anything
1 glass pepsi max


desert: ice cream in a cone

I'm no expert, but my best advice here would be to speak with a registered dietician who specializes in eating disorders who will aid you in sticking to a meal plan tailored to your specific needs. Just have your parents help you find a dietician who will work with you under your family's insurance plans. I had one who helped me to recover from bulimia.
