Q: Anorexia and maintaining a low weight

I have suffered with anorexia for nearly 2 years but have been in hosptial 3 times! My weight is 36 kilos and my therapist says that i will maitain this weight with eating 1500 calories which before i was eating 1000.......should i trust what she says? btw im 155cm

hi there friend, Im so sorry you are suffering as im an anorexia, Im afraid after a while its so hard to put weight back on as you have done to much dammage to your insides, to ever recover. talk to your doctor. In case you want to stay thin, dont try and get better put weight on as you will find it so hard if one day you change your mind about looking like a skellington forever trust me.
