I have been suffering from this skin condition for years.

I ahve had the skin sensitivity and blood tests done, and my doctors still
cannot pinpoint the cause, nor can they prescribe anything to prevent it.

I periodically break out in very painful and itchy raised welts on my face, top of head, back of neck, back and limbs. Although I am on an allergy regimen of Flonase twice daily, as well as Zyrtec, nothing prevents the outbreaks. These drugs do not stop the swellings either. The only drugs that effectively stop the reactions are prednisone and ephineprine, which my doctor does not want to use too often about because of the long term effects.

In the last month I've had 3 outbreaks. Any suggestions how else to treat?
