Hi, my dad has been suffering for many years but only on exertion tightness in chest and numbness in left arm , it only last a few seconds then goes completley and wouldnt know he has had anything. The doctor has listened to his heart and the veins in his neck and said they sound fine, can he tell by doing this or not? Thank you
