I have recently noticed that I get very annoyed or angry easily, and when that happens, I feel like hurting myself and others. Once I punched a wall. People yell at me for overreacting, which makes my anger even worse. I used to be a sweet, loving, caring little girl, but now it feels like I'm nowhere near that anymore. People are scared of me because of this. I have taken about three online tests(they seem legit) and they all say that I should get help.
