Lately I've been wondering if I'm actually a bit anemic. I'm not sure, of course, but I figured if I listed some of my symptoms maybe someone could tell me if it sounds like I may be anemic?

-I'm always really cold, and even if I'm in a well-heated room and my body itself is warm, my hands and feet are always like ice. Which is odd since even if I have fuzzy socks and uggs on, my feet are still freezing.
-Sometimes I feel really tired for no reason. And my body sometimes feels randomly fatigued. Occasionally, I even feel a little shaky (similarly to how you feel when you skip a meal).
-I also feel short of breath occasionally, like in order to breathe comfortably I need to take in huge breaths of air. Either that, or I'll just yawn many many times in a row. This isn't everyday, and not even every week, just every so often.
-I don't even know if this is related, but I apparently have some kind of minor hurt murmur, though it must not be that big of a deal because my cardiologist didn't really discuss it with me.
-And, this is just a guess, but last year I had to donate two pints of my own blood for myself since I was having surgery and I know you have to have a hemoglobin level of 12.5 or something like that. And even though I had been taking iron pills for several weeks, my level barely made it and was, like, 12.6 the first time and maybe 12.9 the second time. Which makes me wonder what it must have been before taking the iron pills.

Anyway, I'm just curious. Thanks!
