i have been feeling lightheaded when i clean the house and i have seemed lost taste i have been getting head ache the last couple of days and period like cramping.i also have been feeling nauseated at night and it seems like i cant get comfortable at night to fall asleep because my lower back has been aching on a scale from 1-10 its about a 4. i have been diagnosed with anemia before. could this be anemia or the start to baby #2?

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

It’s too early to predict pregnancy. PCOD, pelvic inflammatory disease, anemia and STD should be evaluated for. It can even be pinched nerve. Wait until your next due date. If you miss the periods, take a pregnancy test and see. Hope this helps. Take care!
