Feeling very light headed, got up at 2am for tissue nearly fell over was so dizzy, put it down to being tired and getting up too quickly, but got up normal time to do lunch box's etc just feels a bit like when you come round from a operation, fuzzy and so-real, not as bad as the early am episode, but still not right, wasn't sure about driving to work - but have?? Your symptoms could be due to the anemia and that thyroid dysfunction you have. Diabetes is usually very easy to diagnose by measuring the glucose level in the blood.

You may want to consult an internist about your condition.
