Q: 27 and starting menopause

My name is April. im 27 and have already gone threw 4overian cancer and has had a hysterectomy a year ago, now i'm going threw menopause and need help. doc will not give me ht but said to get over the counter things but what else can i do. i have horrible night sweets, hot flashes, waight gain, mood swings,depressiion....
I need help and suggestions anything you can think of
