Last time I had sex was the first week of July, I was on the pill at the time, my period for that month was only a day and a half long, I stopped using the pill, I ran out and I haven't found a good clinic here, I didn't get my period for August at all and I am awaiting my period to start any day now, I have been having early pregnancy symptoms besides the missed period, I guess I will just list the ones that have been occurring a lot lately, I have been having killer headaches, killer lower back pain, nauseous along with some vomiting, sore and swollen breasts along with the area around my nipples seeming darker, and weird food cravings and my favorite foods are starting to make my stomach churn in disgust, swollen ankles and body aches. Well, I did also have some spotting before my boyfriend left in July. I don't have any money coming in and I have a feeling I am pregnant.

what you need to do is stop stressing cause from the way you write it sounds like you have some stress going on. and the pill can cause that i know lots of girls who take the pill and even myself have taken the pill in the past and notice a change in period or delayed periods even when i stopped taking it. the other possible pregnancy symptoms can also be caused by the pill as well. not to say you are not pregnant there could be a possibility you are! if there is anyone you can talk to that will help you and buy you a pregnancy test say a friend or a sibling you can trust i advise you talk with them good luck

Well are you pregnant? I heard it can take up to a year to get a regular period back after you stop birth control.

I am not pregnant, thank God, it was just the delay from the birth control, I am not ready to be a mother yet. I am very stressed though, that could have also helped my period become delayed.
