14 and have pregnancy symptoms

i know I'm 14 nearly 15 and it's underaged sex but it was planned an me and my boyfriend are in a committed relationship. We used a condom so we were protected but about 2 weeks after we had sex ive had sore breasts and stomach cramps especially when I'm stressed I've also been feeling sick and not wanting to eat Rich foods like chocolate and sweet and sour sauce you get from the chineese, I'm really worries it could be signs of pregnancy and that the condom might of split, especially because my period is also about 7-10 days late. I know when your young periods are irregular anyway but I'm getting worried and just need some help
