16 and clumsy about going on a simple relationship

i am 16 and i am clumsy about going even on a simple relationship. i want to change it , i dont think i am ugly , maybe i dont know much Tips and Hints about how to behave people , All i know honestfulness and kindness , but it doesnt work , The other guys get people easily , i can meet people easily too , but i cant make it continue , i do something wrong ,sometimes i freeze while i was speaking , i think it doesnt change anything , i do something wrong ,PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME !!!
