I worry about the transfer of any bacteria into your mouth or into her vagina if you go from licking the anus to licking the genitals/ vaginal canal. (I am assuming that she has not cleansed herself internally and externally. In any case, an enema will not cleanse the anus of ALL of its bacteria.)
Not to mention, I have no problem with kissing a man after he performs oral sex on me. In fact, I kind of find it a turn on to taste myself on his lips. But in this case, I would not be willing to kiss him. This would really mess up the entire sex act if I could not kiss him for the rest of the foreplay/ sex.
As for the woman you are seeing, there are certain things that most people are uncomfortable with in bed that they are more likely to allow or do when intoxicated. I don't believe that you can get her to allow this sex act while sober by trying to talk her into it. Perhaps in time, as you do it more and more, she will be more willing to allow it when she is sober.

I personally find the act of rimming a woman to be very exilerating. There of course has to be a certain level of cleanliness involved, that I think goes without saying. As far as bacteria is concerned, I uses some common sense and avoid potentially hazardous situations so to speak (i wil leave it at that), but of course, only a true fool would believe that there is no risk involved. To answer the above question, yes, I personally also enjoy being rimmed myself, but often, performing this little ritual on a young lady provides an all-together different asthetic and mental stimulation.
