Q: Anal with piles?

Hello,

i was just wandering if it dangerous to have anal with piles or whether it would be ok. would it make it worse or would it just feel the same as passing? sorry about the detail.

but i did it once, then it occured to me that i had them. im not really sure what i should do to be honest ive been to the doctor and have started to eat prunes,
but its just not going away

please help

It will most likely make it worse, since it is one of the causes for piles development.
Changes to diet and bowel habits (avoiding straining and sitting for prolonged time on toilet seat), practicing sitz baths (sit in the tub with warm water for 15 minutes, several times a day), and applying some over the counter hemorrhoidal cream, will be helpful and may ease the symptoms within few days.
