Hi everyone i'am 22 normal healthy man, for the last year i have this wetness on my anus, it smells like vagina slightly fishy not particulary bad but distinct. My anus is itchy a lot but mostly at night when i go to bed. I havent had a full nights sleep in about 6 months i wake up around 5 in the morning every night with my hand scratching my anus. Hi there, thank you for posting your question on Ehealthforum. This is not intended as a substitute to visiting your own doctor.

What you describe is probably pruritus ani. Antihistamine tab a night, mild steroid cream to break the itch/scratch cycle go easy with the soap and talk to you doctor to rule out type 2 diabetes.
