Anal Warts?

So I have two bumps on my anus and from what I have read online it sounds like there is a good chance they are anal warts caused by HPV. But here's the thing - I first noticed the bumps when I have between 12-13...years before I was sexually active. I haven't had a check up "down there" since I was 18 (23 now) and I never said anything about and neither did the Dr. I have never tested positive for anything but I know there are viruses and diseases that don't show up on blood work.
I have never had a partner notice anything down there
..I have not had sex since looking up my symptoms and learninf it may be an std.
Now I have looked at pictures of anal warts (so gross) and they don't look anything lile what I have.
Anyway my questiinis this - is there anything else that could be causing the bumps. I thought maybe hemroids but there has never been pain or discomfort.
I was molested as a child so I guess there is a chance that the person had some std. Also my birth mother gave birth to me while serving a prison sentence so is it possible she had something and I got it? I don't even know if that is possible. I don't have very much info on here at all and don't really have a way to find out.
So if anyone has some info that would be great.
And yes I know the best thing would be to go to a doctor. I'm jusy not ready at this point.
