Ok I'm Gay !!
Was never much 4 being on the bottom..BUT..
After sex will it tighten back ???
If not what can i Do ???
Could it become permanently loose ???

Extremely eHealthy
Unless you are damaged muscularly by anal sex nothing will become perminantly loose. You will loose some muscular strength in the anal ring immediately following anal sex and it will return in about an hour or two.
