I am planning on having anal sex for the first time with my girlfriend very soon.

The only problems either of us have with it is a broken condom. We will be using lubricant (water-based, obviously) and neither of us are positive for any STIs, and I will pull out straight away if the condom does break.

I'm just wondering what sort of problems would occur if the condom broke?

nothing.....she cant get pregnant from anal only vaginal and you both have no diseases so there really isnt anything to worry about you could just wear no condom and cum in her if u wanted....

Well, you do have to be careful... if you do cum inside, there's a chance it would travel from the ass to the vagina, however unlikely that is. It's unlikely, but possible. So definitely wear a condom, or have her on birth control if you don't want her getting pregnant.
