Okay, this is embarrasing but I do not know what to do so I'm resorting to online - I hope you all can help me. Anyways I traveled to India over January... I was there two weeks. The last week I was there I devoloped a rash on my buttocks near the anus and had a lot of anal pain in fact there were a couple specks of blood on the tiolet paper a few times after using the restroom and I and my anus was puffy and red. The rash itched like crazy and was extremely uncomfortable so I went to the doctor unfortunately by the time of the appt the red puffy part had cleared up and the doctor was only able to view the rash and diagnose it as yeast. She prescribed me with diflucan and the rash went away. However, the pain in my anus and the small specks of blood came back - I bought prep H because I thought maybe it was a hemmoroid it worked for while but I ran out and now have tucks witch hazel wipes I use almost every time I go to the restroom but the pain is still there and they only provide temporary relief. When it is really painful I try to get a look at it and it only in one spot. It's like a small cut that is raised up a bit. It is very painful... also I'm not sure if this is helpful but I've noticed my vaginal discharge is a clear and whitish.... Sorry to be so graphic I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this. I want to go back to the doctor but I'm beyond embarrassed... the last time I went she asked lots of embarrassing questions and now I feel like it was for nothing. I've been suffering with this since january.... I feel like I can't tell anyone of my situation because of fear of them being disgusted or laughing at me. Please help!

The only thing i can suggest is to go back to the doctor and she might have to do an anal exam. That might sound weird/gross but thats the only one your going to find out whats going on.
