Anal pain and bleeding after completing a bowel movement are symptoms of hemorrhoids.
Constipation and straining to have a bowel movement lead to dilated veins in anal and rectal area, known as hemorrhoids that may bleed and cause pain.
Also, anal bleeding can be due to a small tears of anal lining when a hard stool is passed.
When someone has constipation problem or some kind of colon obstruction, anal cramping pain is a common complain.
