For about 8 months now I have a yellow fluid leaking from my annas that is both smelly and itchy. I smelled this odor for the first time from a woman I had sex with 8 months ago. I have tried vaginal yeast infection cream and hemroid cream with now results. Even if I shower and was my anus thoroughly after a dump this yellow fluid is there about an hour after. I bike and run often so this is a real problem not to mention embaracing. What is this and what can I do?

There are some STDs which have rectal discharge as a symptom. Symptoms are usually not present in about 90% of cases. When present, symptoms include anal or rectal itching, discharge, and pain during defecation.

Do you experience pain when defecating?

There are also many other causes of rectal discharge. Tests may be needed, therefore you should see your doctor.
