I couldn't find any information on anal fisting while pregnant. However, If I understood it correctly, enemas/ colon cleanses are used prior to fisting. Pregnant women are warned against cleansing. It is believed that this can cause a woman to go into labor early but I couldn't find any hard facts on this.
