Q: Anal Fissure

hello I wonder if any one can help please. I have an anal fissure and internal herorroids, I've had both conditions for years. Going to the toilet tends to take 20 to 40 minutes and there is blood.
I think sometimes I also smell of faeces after I've finished. I do have a sweet tooth so I know junk/sugary foods causes problems, but I do eat vegetables and drink juice etc. I also produce a lot of anal slime.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can make going to the toilet easier, I do eat a lot of fibre but I then have the problem of being too regular,

I just want to make going to the toilet a lot shorter and avoid feeling "bunged up" after I've been, does anyone have any tips on diet etc?

Thanks for your help

Thanks
