I have a bump the size of a pea right outside my anal opening. it is the same color as my skin. it is sensitive to the touch. not to painful though. I can feel it when i sit our when my underwear touches it. I dont not participate in anal sex. what could it be?

It might be a fistula...or infection beneath the skin. I'd suggest that you see your GP first for a preliminary diagnosis. S/he can direct your the correct specialist afterwards.
