Anal bleeding ?

This happens to me every now and then. This is the first time in weeks that I've went to the bathroom, wiped and seen a lot of blood, then to look into the toilet to see it blood red. There's no pain what so ever, So I'm unsure if this could be a hemorrhoid or not. I am of 18 years of age, and this has happened to me in the past but has went away. I've never been to the doctors about this problem because i just want to find out on my own. anyway, as i went to wipe today, my butt hole was more open then usual. i felt this ball like thing right inside my anal hole and i have no clue what it could be. when i touch it, it seems to be sensitive and it starts itching. I don't have much fiber in my diet, i mostly eat greasy and fatty foods such as french fries and hamburgers.

my poop sinks, the blood is the same color as it would be if you cut a small nick into yourself and it bled. it's not black, so i know it can't be up near my stomach. any help would be most ob-lodged.
