Anal and vaginal intercourse , worried about HIV

uh i was with this dude started off with condoms first but then eventually we forgot about it.... we had anal and vaginal intercourse too..... i think it was a week after i got a fever an cold an all that sometimes i would get sick regularly during the month or year... sometimes i woke up drenched in the morning wit sweat but not entirely sure if it was as a result of me training for boxing in the night..... i used to get these raised bumps in the palm of my hands that itched an pained at the same time.... eventually they left..... for a few months i havent gotten sick but jus last month i had a high fever 101.7 degrees, 127 heart rythym, ear aches, slight headache when i got up, didnt know whether i was cold or warm it ended in 2 days an i was as hungry as a horse then now which is about 2 weeks past an i have developed a black or brown blemish on both side of my cheek with mouth pain, ear and neck pain reaching all the way to my shoulders with a change in my voice every now an then..... i have been on different hiv sites for the past two days worrying an pretty sure i have it...... i feel so sick... i can't eat properly....i had diarrhea yesterday and today and now i'm so weak and tired cuz i woke up early cuz i'm worried..... i dont know wat to do anymore.... i'm goin to get tested but i dont know y i should considering the fact that my symptoms are so obvious.
