is there anything that is making you feel that way?
you are 14 years old and your hormones are out of wack. you should talk to your parents about how you feel, and make them listen to you.
you also can talk to your counselor at school to talk about how you feel, and they may have more ideas about what you can do.
one or two friends is all you need in life. you can have many acquaintances. but usually when your depressed you dont want to get out of bed, dont want to be around anyone, cant concentrate, your grades can suffer.
so please talk to someone.
