This post is not meant to brag to anyone with legitimate sleeping problems but this is more of a curiosity?
It is important to mention that I dont drink any caffine, my body cant handle anything over 20mg per day. (I drink decaf or herbal teas)
I can sleep about 6-8 hours, a night. wake up at 7 or 8, go the gym, do about 8 hours of work come home, have a couple of drinks, stay up till about 12-2 am. And repeat the day all over again. I also have virtually no crashes (except for an occasional yawn) and hardly take any naps.
Now the only thing I can attribute this to with is my exercise regime plus the Magnetic sleeping pad that I bought.
Is the this the healthiest way that a person can live with someone of my sleep patterns?
