Considering my current symptoms, what advice do you have for me to reverse the problem?

According to your age (16), your missing period (amenorrhea) is probably due to a hormonal disturbance in the axis hypothalamus-pituitary-ovaries. It doesn't seem likely that the vegetarian diet made your cycle irregular or completely missing.





Oral contraceptive pills may help in reestablishing the regular periods. You have to consult a gynecologist about finding the precise diagnosis and starting a proper treatment.
