I'm 16 years old and I sometimes live situations twice or more than once at random times. For example I will have conversations with people 4 or 5 times when I meet them, going back in time to the start of the conersation, by the last time Im sick of saying and hearing the same thing so many times. Ive walked home sometimes and noticed that after passing a certain house, I would go back in time about 30 seconds and walk by the same house, making the walk last about an hour even if its 3 blocks. And Ive walked into parties and greeted people in the exact same way at the exact same spot in time about 8 times in a row, it feels like my life is skipping. And i think im the only person thats has this.

I know this is only in my head, but I really feel like I'm a character in a video game and I'm glitching, at seem to be the only one who notices.

Please help, John

I would suggest you see a neurologist. Some of this "glitching" can be due to seizure activity in the brain. It can cause people to lose time or feel that they are repeatedly doing things over and over. An EEG may reveal an undiagnosed seizure disorder.
