My husband and I have started TTC since last month and We had intercourse on all of my fertile days. I always have a regular cycle but this month I got my period 2 days before expecting to have my period which should have been today but I got it on the 2nd . I had a dark brown discharge on my pantyliner but when I wiped myself with tissue it was red. I had enough to were a tampon but I only used one each day and the second day it wasn't as much as the first day. Today is the day I should have gotten my period but their is no sign of blood or this brown discharge. I took a pregnancy test because i was anxious to know but it was negative. However it was a test that i bought for a $1 and I used it after the third time I urinated. This has never happened before I'm confused. Is this implantation bleeding? Am I pregnant?

Sounds like you'll have to wait until tomorrow to test with your first morning urine. If you continue getting negative tests and still feel pregnant, you should consult your doctor.

A normal, healthy couple can take up to 12 months to conceive.

Thanks Mabel for your advice. But the thing is we will have been married for a year on Dec 19, but we stopped using protection about 4 months before we got married and we havent since we've been married but we just starting last month using ovulation calenders. I still never got my period and later in the day I noticed brown discharge but a little in spots on my pantyliner and when I wipe a light brown barely anything and still today. but still no period. Should i test today or should I wait a few more days to be sure?

I'm too impatient to wait a few days. I'd test. You do whatever feels comfortable for you. Good luck!
