Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

If you missed pills for two days and then did not have sex for next 7 days while you were taking pills then you are safe. However if you had sex during the next seven days of missing the pills then you can be pregnant. The symptoms of cramps, tiredness etc can be associated with pregnancy. Some women do bleed for first few months of pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test and see.

If the test is negative, your anxiety will be relieved and these symptoms too will go away. If the test is positive and you do not want pregnancy consult a gynecologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
