late on period
I am also late two or three days. i am usually on time on every period. i wouldn't pay much attention to it if I was not getting all of these other weirds symptoms that i had never experienced before. It's been about two or three weeks since I have been getting heartburns. i had never experienced this - it feels horrible. Also, I feel pain on my lower abs but it doesn't feel like my regular period cramps. On the day i was suppose to get my period, had white odorless discharge on my underwear. Took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Could I be pregnant or is it just all mental and pure coincidence?

Both of you should wait a few days and retest using your first morning urine.

Good luck.

Instead of knowing, you are spending a lot of energy on wondering if you are or not. You gave another poster some excellent advice - go get a blood test. Then you will know either way and your energy can be used more effectively in a solution.

FYI: early pregnancy can cause cramps too, very similar to period cramps.

You can't. But if your pregnancy tests are negative, it is unlikely you are pregnant.

believe it or not, me included are in the same boat! I got the pregnancy signs but still negative pt's! I have been doing a lot of research and everything says that it all depends on how fast the hormone muliplies in your system! It doubles every 2-3 days, but depending on the person could take a while to show up on a pregnancy test! You have to watch what pt you get though, they all detect different amounts of the hormone, so i researched that too! The best ones to buy are the First Response Early Pregnancy, or EPT (Error proof test! From what i have read they detect the same amount of hormone that even a doctors office would with a blood test! If you still get a negative after 2-3 weeks after missing your period, i would suggest going to your doctor to find out what is going on with your body!
