I had sex with my boyfriend on 15th day which was fertile 2 days before my ovulation as per my period calendar. My boyfriend removed his penis just after he realised the precum on his tip when he was inside me and after a few minutes he ejaculated outside away from me.
To take precautions I consumed ipill in 2 hours after sex as he said a drop of his precum was over my vaginal opening.
Would I still be pregnant? When can I expect my periods to start after the consumption?

Welcome to e health forum.

No, there is no risk of pregnancy as suspected by you.

Pregnancy can occur, only when ejaculation occurs within the vagina, and when the woman is within the fertile period of your cycle. This period is from day 12 to day 16 of a 28 day menstrual cycle.

Dry humping , hugging or foreplay without involving vaginal penetration & ejaculation inside the vagina does not result in pregnancy.

There was no indication for the use of emergency contraceptives in your situation.

FYI, some common side effects of emergency contraception include - menstrual irregularities including delayed or missed periods, reduced or increased menstrual flow, cramping, change in pattern of cycles, etc.

You might have your next periods on time or slightly delayed. You do not need to panic, but just relax and be patient. These effects are short lived and resolve on their own and no treatment is needed.
