Hello and welcome to eHealth forum!

Polycystic ovary as the cause of prolonged cycle is ruled out by the scan. Other causes could be thyroid problems, high cholesterol, Cushing’s disease and disorders of adrenal gland, insulin resistance, obesity and hormone imbalance. Please consult your gynecologist regarding this as a confirmed diagnosis is not possible on net. Hope this helps. Take care!

Hi Dr.,

Thanks for your reply. Does the scan rules out the possibility of pregnancy?
