Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

Any missed or delayed period in a sexually active woman is taken to be due to pregnancy unless proved otherwise. Hence take a pregnancy test.

The cause for delay could be wrong date—that is you remember a wrong date for the last period.
The other causes are stress, irregular hormone or contraceptive pill intake, hypothyroidism, polycystic disease of the ovary, anemia and poor diet.

A confirmed diagnosis cannot be made on net. Please consult a gynecologist.
Hope this helps. Take care!
