Am I ovulating, pregnant, or is it possible I have a more serious GYN condition?

Last month (March) my period was 5-days late. Typically my period last 8 days and is 31-days apart. This cycle, although it was late, was a normal 8 days (2 days spotting, 3 days of regular flow, and another 3 days of spotting). Today makes day 10 after the last day of my cycle and I have had extremely sore breast for 4-days and today I start cramping as if my period is about to start again. Its mild cramping, not sharp and not on one side. I had ovulation like discharge 3-days after he last day of my cycle but at this stage (day 10) no discharge. Could this be ovulation or something more serious? I am super confused right now?

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

If you had unprotected intercourse after the last period then chances of pregnancy are possible. Some woman can exhibit pregnany symptoms as early as after a week of conceiving.Irregularity in periods can also be due to hormonal fluctuations,Pelvic disease, endometritis, drug effect but it does not seem to be something very serious.
It is very difficult to comment without knowing the complete sexual history and pelvic examination. You might consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take Care!
